This claude ai seo case study is simple: I built a website I have never logged into, Claude did the build, the publishing and the content inside my Agent OS, and it hit page one of Google in two weeks. That site went from zero to 39,000 clicks. Below is what happened, the setup behind it, why it ranked so fast, and what I'd tell you to copy.

The results in plain numbers
Here's what the data showed when I recorded the video. Nothing fancy, just what Search Console says.
- Page one of Google in two weeks on a brand new site.
- Zero to 39,000 clicks on that site.
- 1,000+ clicks a day at the time of recording.
- #1 rankings in Google and in AI search.
And this isn't a one-off. Across five of our websites, the same Claude-driven approach is behind over 185,000 Google clicks, pulled from our own Search Console accounts on October 24, 2026. One of those sites, the AI Profit Boardroom site, went from 412 clicks a month in July 2025 to 18,036 in September 2026.
If you want my exact setups for this, they live inside the AI Profit Boardroom ($69/mo): the Agent OS, a 30-day roadmap, daily tutorials, 4 coaching calls a week and the prompt library.
The setup: a site nobody logs into
The weird part of this case study is the rule I set at the start. Nobody logs into the site. Not me, not my team.
Why? Because the second you can log in, you start fiddling. You tweak a heading, move a button, rewrite a paragraph at midnight. No login forces the AI to do the work. Claude builds it, Claude publishes to it, Claude writes the content. The site runs itself.
That sounds risky. It's actually the opposite. When there's no manual back door, everything has to go through a repeatable process. And a repeatable process is what Google rewards over time.
The tech stack
Keep it fast and boring:
- Static site, not a heavy CMS.
- Eleventy to build the pages.
- Netlify to host and deploy.
- Plain HTML for the pages themselves.
That's it. No plugins to update, no database to break, nothing slowing the page down. Claude Code is good at exactly this kind of work. Anthropic describes it as an agentic coding tool that reads your codebase, edits files and runs commands, so a folder of plain HTML files is home turf for it.

The timeline: from empty folder to page one
Here's how the build ran from day one. I'm only listing what actually happened.
- Write the playbook. The rules for URLs, titles, intros, FAQ schema and E-E-A-T go into one document.
- Hand it to Claude. I handed over the playbook and let Opus 5.5 build the site.
- Connect Search Console. The agent reads the data and finds the next keywords to go after.
- Publish page by page. One keyword, one URL, every time.
- Page one in two weeks. Then it kept climbing to 1,000+ clicks a day.
Two weeks to page one is fast for a new domain. So what made the difference?

Why this claude ai seo case study ranked so fast
It wasn't one trick. It was four rules done the same way on every single page.
1. One keyword per URL, and never change it
Every page targets one keyword. The URL matches that keyword. And once it's live, the URL never changes. Changing URLs throws away whatever the page has built up with Google. Lock it in on day one and leave it alone.
2. Search Console tells the agent what to write next
Most people pick keywords from a gut feeling. I let my agent read Search Console and find the next keywords for me. The data shows what Google already wants to show you for, so you build pages for those searches instead of guessing.
3. The same page template every time
Every page follows the template from the playbook:
- A clear title built around the keyword.
- An answer-first intro, so the reader and the search engine get the answer in line one.
- FAQ schema on the page.
- E-E-A-T signals, showing real experience and who is behind the content.
Answer-first matters even more now because AI search pulls short, direct answers. That's part of why this site ranks #1 in AI search too, not just Google.
4. Speed from a static stack
Eleventy, Netlify and plain HTML make a fast site with almost nothing to go wrong. Claude can rebuild and redeploy without breaking a theme or a plugin.

Step by step: what Claude did and what came out
Here's the whole case study in one table.
| Step | What Claude did | Result |
|---|---|---|
| Build | Built the site from my playbook (Opus 5.5) as a static Eleventy site in plain HTML | A fast site I've never logged into |
| Publish | Published and deployed the pages on Netlify inside Agent OS | No manual edits, every change goes through the process |
| Keywords | Read Search Console data and found the next keywords | One keyword per URL, URLs never changed |
| Content | Wrote pages with keyword titles, answer-first intros, FAQ schema and E-E-A-T | Page one of Google in two weeks |
| Growth | Kept repeating the same loop | Zero to 39,000 clicks, 1,000+ a day, #1 in Google and AI search |

Lessons I'd steal from this
Take away the login. Even if you don't go that far, act like it. If a change can't be done through your AI process, ask why you're doing it by hand.
Write the playbook before you write a page. Claude is only as good as the rules you give it. In Claude Code, you can package rules as skills. Per Anthropic's docs, you create a SKILL.md file with instructions and Claude adds it to its toolkit. Write once, reuse on every site.
Let real data choose the keywords. Search Console beats guessing every time. If you want a head start on the prompts I use for this, grab the 200+ free AI SEO prompts.
Boring tech wins. Static sites are fast and hard to break, which is exactly what you want when an agent is doing the publishing. Want to know if your stack is holding you back? Get a free SEO strategy session.
Don't forget links. Good pages still need authority behind them. My free SEO link building book covers how we do it.
Copy the system, not the site. The full pipeline behind this, from keyword research to reporting, is laid out in my Claude AI SEO system breakdown. FAQ
How long did it take to hit page one?
Two weeks. The site was new, I never logged into it, and Claude handled the build, the publishing and the content inside Agent OS.
What tech stack did the site use?
A static site built with Eleventy, hosted on Netlify, using plain HTML. Fast, simple and easy for Claude to build and deploy.
What's the most important rule from this case study?
One keyword per URL, and never change the URL once it's live. Pair that with Search Console data choosing your next keywords and an answer-first page template.
Can I copy this on my own site?
Yes. Write your playbook, give Claude your Search Console data, and run the same loop on every page. If you want help, get a free SEO strategy session, join the AI Profit Boardroom for my exact setups, or book a free SEO strategy session directly.
